Greys Specialist Recruitment is working with a national industry leader that is expanding its Occupational Health team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor looking for a stable, in-house role within a supportive and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct management referrals and provide expert advice on employee health
- Carry out fitness-to-work assessments and health surveillance
- Promote health and wellbeing initiatives within the workplace
- Act as a key contact for all occupational health matters
- Work closely with managers, employees, and other departments to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
Additional Aspects of the Role:
- Visit different departments within the business to support employees on-site
- Work as part of a friendly, UK-wide Occupational Health team
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration
- Occupational Health qualification (e.g., Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health)
- Strong experience in Occupational Health nursing
