Greys Specialist Recruitment are currently working with a well-established, independent estate agency in South Manchester who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator into their high-performing Didsbury office. This is a fast-paced, target-driven position within a market-leading branch, offering the opportunity to work across a strong pipeline of residential stock, including higher-value homes and new developments. You will take full ownership of your own portfolio, managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.

The Role

  • Generate new business and win instructions
  • Conduct viewings and build strong relationships with buyers and vendors
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales
  • Progress transactions through to completion
  • Maximise revenue through cross-selling (mortgages, referrals, additional services)
  • Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the process
