We are working in partnership with a leading IT solutions provider based in Coventry, who are looking to appoint an experienced and commercially astute IT Sales Account Manager. This is a strategic opportunity for a proven B2B technology sales professional who excels at managing complex client portfolios, driving sustainable growth, and delivering consultative, high-value IT solutions. The client offers two engagement models: a permanent position with a base salary and commission, or a freelance partnership with a 50/50 revenue share for individuals with an established book of business.
As IT Sales Account Manager, you will take ownership of key client relationships while actively developing new business opportunities within the B2B technology space.
Responsibilities- Act as the strategic lead for a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring retention and long-term growth
- Identify and secure new, high-value business through your existing network and market knowledge
- Deliver a consultative sales approach, designing tailored IT solutions aligned to client challenges
- Manage and forecast your sales pipeline accurately using Salesforce
- Collaborate closely with internal technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
To succeed in this role, you will be a confident, self-motivated sales professional with a strong track record in IT sales.
You will have:
- 3-5+ years' experience in B2B IT or technology sales
- An active and transferable book of business
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging C-suite stakeholders
- A disciplined, autonomous approach and the ability to thrive in a high-accountability environment
Basic £30,000 - £40,000 + OTE £95,500+, fully scalable based on performance
Choice of permanent employment or freelance revenue-share model
Fully Remote (with the option of utilising the office if this is preferred)
