Our client, a leading healthcare provider, has a great opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor to join their growing and dynamic company at this exciting time of growth for the business. This role will involve working autonomously on a customer site in Northampton one day per week, acting as the dedicated Occupational Health presence. Additional remote case management days can be accommodated for the right candidate. You will be supported by a clinically qualified manager and an experienced head office support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering Health Surveillance including:
- Audiometry
- Spirometry
- Skin Assessments
- HAVS 1 & 2 (HAVS T3 desirable but not essential)
About You
- Hold a recognised Occupational Health qualification
- Minimum of two years’ recent experience within Occupational Health
- Experience delivering the full Occupational Health remit
- Confident working autonomously on client sites
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent IT and record-keeping abilities
- Quality-driven with a high standard of professional practice.
