We are seeking a highly experienced and Accredited Clinical Coding Trainer to join a dynamic and skilled Clinical Coding Team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering nationally mandated NHSE training courses, including the Clinical Coding Standards Course, Coding Refresher sessions, and exam preparation. You will also provide tailored training on a range of clinical coding topics to ensure the department consistently meets national standards.

In addition, you will design and deliver bespoke training sessions and presentations to address any issues identified through coding audits. The post holder will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of best practice systems and processes to ensure the Trust produces timely, high-quality coded data.
