Our client is a leading IVA Insolvency Practice, located in Cheadle with excellent transport links, and they are looking for experienced IVA Advisors to join them. They pride themselves on a friendly, supportive team environment focused on outstanding customer service rather than solely on performance targets. They are currently seeking energetic, ambitious, and career-driven individuals to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed client consultations to fully understand their financial situation, including recording creditor details and completing income and expenditure assessments.
- Analyse client information to identify the best debt management solutions and guide clients towards clearing their debts efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, maintaining a calm and professional phone manner throughout.
- Make outbound calls as part of client engagement and pipeline development.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven IVA experience with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to go above and beyond.
- Strong telephone manner with excellent objection-handling skills.
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to contribute extra effort.
- Comfortable with making outbound calls.
- Proficient with IT and CRM systems.
Hours:
- 9:00am – 5:30pm (2 shifts per week)
- 11:30am – 8:00pm (2 shifts per week)
- Fridays: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Saturdays: 9:00am – 4:00pm
The above is on a 3-week rota, as follows:
- One week - 5 days
- One week - 6 days (Monday - Saturday)
- One week - 4 days (Monday - Thursday)
