This is a varied role offering the opportunity to deliver a full range of occupational health services across a diverse client base.
The position combines health surveillance, immunisations, phlebotomy, and case management, with a primary focus on health surveillance, providing a hands-on and rewarding workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver health surveillance programmes, including HAVS, audiometry, and spirometry.
- Carry out immunisations and phlebotomy in line with current clinical standards.
- Manage occupational health case referrals, including sickness absence, fitness for work, and return-to-work assessments.
- Promote health and wellbeing initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of occupational health services.
Skills & Experience
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Previous experience working within an occupational health setting.
- Occupational Health qualification (Diploma, Degree, or equivalent) is desirable.
- Competent in health surveillance, including HAVS, audiometry, and spirometry.
- Experience in immunisations, phlebotomy, and occupational health case management
