Occupational Health Advisor Hybrid 6 Month Contract £hourly Rate Bodmin Cambourne 2 Days Per Week This is a varied role offering the opportunity to deliver a full range of occupational health services across a diverse client base.
The position combines health surveillance, immunisations, phlebotomy, and case management, with a primary focus on health surveillance, providing a hands-on and rewarding workload.
Key Responsibilities Deliver health surveillance programmes, including HAVS, audiometry, and spirometry.
Carry out immunisations and phlebotomy in line with current clinical standards.
Manage occupational health case referrals, including sickness absence, fitness for work, and return-to-work assessments.
Promote health and wellbeing initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of occupational health services.
Skills Experience Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
Previous experience working within an occupational health setting.
Occupational Health qualification (Diploma, Degree, or equivalent) is desirable.
Competent in health surveillance, including HAVS, audiometry, and spirometry.
