About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our team, based in the West Midlands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s marketing and business development activities, helping to grow the business, attract new opportunities and strengthen our presence in the market. The role will also involve recruitment, administration and general business support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company and its services.
- Manage social media, online marketing and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and business contacts.
- Support business growth and help develop new opportunities.
- Assist with the recruitment and hiring of new employees.
- Advertise vacancies, review applications and arrange interviews.
- Support new employees through the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Carry out general administrative duties and maintain accurate company records.
- Prepare reports, documents and business correspondence.
- Assist with organising meetings, schedules and company activities.
- Work closely with management and other members of the team to achieve company objectives.
- Undertake other reasonable duties required to support the smooth running and growth of the business.
About You

- Experienced or interested in marketing and business development.
- Comfortable dealing with clients, candidates and business contacts.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.

- Interested in contributing ideas and helping the company grow.
- Previous experience in marketing, business development, recruitment or administration would be advantageous.
