GreyNoise Intelligence is a mission‑driven security startup focused on helping organizations understand and mitigate risks from Internet scanning and exploitation. GreyNoise provides real‑time, verifiable intelligence on all actors scanning the Internet and how some of them are attempting to exploit vulnerabilities on assets connected to corporate networks. The intelligence is highly trusted because it’s generated from a global fleet of thousands of purpose‑built sensors observing the Internet. Advanced data science techniques and AI are used to process millions of observed events into real‑time intelligence for customers. The GreyNoise Global Observation Grid observes and analyzes unique threat data at‑scale that no one else can. GreyNoise provides the most actionable threat intelligence against perimeter threats, so that no attack works twice.

The Role

At GreyNoise, we know that the key to growth is a high‑performing sales team. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first line of communication between our company and prospective clients in the EMEA region. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in B2B cybersecurity sales. You will be the engine of our pipeline, hyper‑focused on outreach and qualification to secure high‑value meetings and product demonstrations for our Sales team. Success in this role requires strong ambition and a proven drive for results. Please Note: This is a remote position but you must be located in the UK or Spain to be considered for this role. United Kingdom is preferred.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Pipeline Generation: Execute high‑volume, multi‑channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) targeting high‑value accounts in the EMEA region based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Own the full SDR cycle from initial prospect identification through rigorous qualification to successful handover.
  • Expert Qualification & Value Articulation: Identify and research key personas using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and Common Room. Initiate conversations and qualification to understand the prospect's security infrastructure, challenges, and technical requirements (Pain, Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline – BANT). Articulate the unique value proposition of GreyNoise and tailor the message to address specific customer security needs and use cases.
  • Performance & Process Improvement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings, SQLs, and pipeline contribution. Meticulously track all lead activity and prospect information in our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure data integrity and accurate pipeline forecasting. Proactively identify best practices, test new messaging, and refine the company's SDR playbook to continuously improve efficiency and help scale the entire SDR function.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with Regional Sales Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on account strategy and follow‑up. Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to optimize messaging and targeting for outbound and inbound campaigns.

What You Will Bring

  • 2+ years of sales development experience, with a history of exceeding targets
  • Strong work ethic and self‑drive
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills
  • Highly organized with good time‑management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection or criticism
  • Experience collaborating with internal and cross‑functional teams

  • Equity in a high‑growth, Series‑A startup
  • 100% covered health, dental, vision, and life plans for all employees
  • Competitive 401(k) employer match of 6%, which is special for a startup. This will be 100% matched and vested from day 1
  • Flexible paid time off. We strongly recommend each employee to take at least 120 hours of PTO (3 weeks) annually, including at least five consecutive business days
  • Remote‑first culture with a distributed workforce – the majority of our team works remotely from across the country

  • Good work‑life balance is the key to sustained productivity
  • The measure of a team member’s effectiveness is how well the rest of the team operates in their unexpected absence
  • No such thing as a million‑dollar idea, only million‑dollar execution
