Greymore is looking to expand its Residential Conveyancing team with the addition of an experienced Residential Property Solicitor for our City of London office. This role is ideally suited to a confident and commercially minded solicitor with strong experience in residential conveyancing, particularly in new build transactions, who is capable of independently managing matters from instruction through to post-completion.
Location: City of London
Working Pattern: Hybrid working (2 days office / 3 days remote)
Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
- Handling transactions from file opening through to completion and post-completion matters
- Advising clients on residential property transactions, with a particular focus on new build developments
- Liaising with developers, agents, lenders, and third parties throughout the transaction process
- Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with compliance requirements
- Delivering a high standard of client care and commercial service
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE
- Strong experience handling new build property matters
- Ability to manage files independently without senior supervision
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
