Greymore is looking to expand its Residential Conveyancing team with the addition of an experienced Residential Property Solicitor for our City of London office. This role is ideally suited to a confident and commercially minded solicitor with strong experience in residential conveyancing, particularly in new build transactions, who is capable of independently managing matters from instruction through to post-completion.

  • Working Pattern: Hybrid working (2 days office / 3 days remote)
  • Seniority: Minimum 5+ PQE

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
  • Handling transactions from file opening through to completion and post-completion matters
  • Advising clients on residential property transactions, with a particular focus on new build developments
  • Liaising with developers, agents, lenders, and third parties throughout the transaction process
  • Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in line with compliance requirements
  • Delivering a high standard of client care and commercial service

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Minimum 5 years' PQE
  • Strong experience handling new build property matters
  • Ability to manage files independently without senior supervision
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Candidates must have the right to work in the UK
