We are a growing firm with multiple offices around London. Our work is diverse, addressing the full range of issues faced by modern families, and we also have a family legal aid contract. We are looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join our growing team in London. This role would suit a newly qualified solicitor or someone with 1–2 years' PQE with experience in Family Law matters including divorce, child arrangements, non‐molestation orders, and Children Act proceedings.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent client care and managing sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintaining strong organisational, research, and communication standards to support effective case management and client service.
  • Demonstrating commercial awareness to support strategic decision‐making and deliver value to clients.
  • Contributing to business development activities as required.
  • Submitting legal aid applications.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in advocacy.
  • Qualified solicitor, either newly qualified or with 1–2 years PQE.
  • Strong expertise in family law, including experience handling complex cases such as divorce, non‐molestation orders, child arrangements, and consent orders.
  • Proven experience managing both Children Act proceedings and some financial remedy cases.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Some experience of immigration law is beneficial.
  • Fluency in an additional language is also an advantage.
