We are looking for a driven Recruitment Partner to join as our first billing hire - a genuine ground floor opportunity to help shape the business from day one. This is not employment. This is a self employed partnership for someone who backs themselves, wants full autonomy and wants to keep the rewards of their own billings. Your desk. Your clients. Your way.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years billing experience at a London recruitment agency
- Consistent billing history - must be evidenced in your application
- Experience placing compliance, risk, legal or HR professionals
- Existing client or candidate relationships in London
- Self motivated - you manage yourself without needing direction
- Comfortable and experienced operating self employed
- London based and available to meet clients in person
