We are looking for a driven Recruitment Partner to join as our first billing hire - a genuine ground floor opportunity to help shape the business from day one. This is not employment. This is a self employed partnership for someone who backs themselves, wants full autonomy and wants to keep the rewards of their own billings. Your desk. Your clients. Your way.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years billing experience at a London recruitment agency
  • Consistent billing history - must be evidenced in your application
  • Experience placing compliance, risk, legal or HR professionals
  • Existing client or candidate relationships in London
  • Self motivated - you manage yourself without needing direction
  • Comfortable and experienced operating self employed
  • London based and available to meet clients in person
