The Greyhound in High Street Kensington is looking for a passionate and hands-on Team Leader to join our front-of-house crew.. . As Team Leader, you’ll be supporting the management team to keep the pub running smoothly — leading shifts, motivating the team, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile.. .
What you’ll do:
Lead and support the team during busy shiftsDeliver outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphereHandle opening/closing duties, cashing up, and compliance checksTrain, support, and motivate new team membersHelp drive sales and maintain high standards across the pub. . .
What we’re looking for:
Previous hospitality or supervisory experienceA positive attitude and great communication skillsConfidence leading a team in a fast-paced environmentPassion for pubs, people, and great service. . .
