We’re looking for a creative, motivated and social-media-savvy student or recent graduate who has studied social media, marketing, communications, or a related subject at university and is keen to build real-world experience in a professional setting. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating content, understands how platforms like Instagram and TikTok work, and wants to grow into a long-term career in social media and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Creating engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Taking photos and short videos in the venue (events, drinks, atmosphere, behind-the-scenes).
  • Writing captions that match our brand voice and connect with our audience.
  • Helping plan and schedule weekly content.
  • Supporting promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Keeping up with trends and suggesting creative ideas to increase reach and engagement.

Who we’re looking for

  • A student or recent graduate who studied social media, marketing, media, or communications.
  • Someone creative, proactive, and full of ideas.
  • Confident using Instagram and TikTok (you don’t need years of experience — just a good eye and understanding of trends).
  • Organised, reliable, and happy to work independently.
  • Interested in turning social media into a future professional career.

What you’ll get

  • Hands-on, real-world experience managing social media for a live business.
  • Creative freedom and the chance to build a strong portfolio.
  • Mentorship and guidance rather than being thrown in at the deep end.
  • Flexible hours to fit around studies.
  • A great opportunity to grow with the business.

If you’re passionate about social media and want to take the first serious step towards a career in it, we’d love to hear from you.
