  • Record negative feedback and complaints on the complaints log in line with the Code of Fundraising Practice.
  • Regularly review the fundraising CRM, ensuring its continued suitability and it remains cost efficient.
  • Implement and manage integrations or data flows between fundraising CRM and other data sources, ensuring data flow remains accurate and reliable over time.
  • Segment and extract data for appeals, mailings and digital campaigns, creating distinct contact categories to tailor messaging and supporter journeys.
  • Audit marketing consent capture across all data capture points, establishing a trusted, compliant and consistent consent process and audit trail.
  • Manage consent and communication preferences, subject access requests and data retention.
  • Ensure fundraising data practices comply with the Fundraising Regulator's Code of Fundraising Practice.
  • Build automated, self-serve reporting infrastructure and dashboards within the CRM.
