The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Sous Chef who thrives in a busy service environment. Working alongside the Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in leading the kitchen during high-volume service while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency, and confidently run the kitchen when the Head Chef is off. If you enjoy being busy, organised, and part of a tight team — you’ll love it here. If you’re looking for an easy pace, this role won’t be the right fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running sections during busy services
- Supporting the Head Chef with daily operations
- Maintaining high food standards under pressure
- Assisting with ordering, stock control & prep
- Training and supporting junior chefs
What We Need From You
- Experience as a Sous Chef
- Ability to handle busy, high-pressure services
- Strong work ethic and reliability
