This is not a quiet rural retreat kitchen — we are a fast-paced, hardworking team that takes pride in delivering great food under pressure.
We're looking for a reliable, experienced Sous Chef who thrives in a busy service environment. Working alongside the Head Chef, you'll play a key role in leading the kitchen during high-volume service while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency, and confidently run the kitchen when the Head Chef is off.
- Supporting the Head Chef with daily operations
- Maintaining high food standards under pressure
- Training and supporting junior chefs
Experience as a Sous Chef is required. Salary is £34,000 plus depending on experience, with strong tips via tronc (paid separately). We offer a well-run kitchen with good structure and a real opportunity to progress.
