We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team at The Greyhound Country Inn, a busy, well-loved country pub known for great food, quality ingredients and a relaxed, professional working environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CDP who wants stability, good work-life balance and the chance to be part of a supportive, close-knit team.

The Role:

  • Running your own section with confidence
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily service
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation
  • Contributing ideas to menus and specials
  • Working as part of a positive, hardworking team

What we offer:

  • £30,000 - £33,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • 45 hours per week over 4.5 days
  • No Christmas & Boxing Day or New Year's Eve working
  • Excellent tronc/tips via tronc system (no NI to pay on tips)
  • Staff meals on shift

About you:

  • Previous experience as a CDP (or strong Commis ready to step up)
  • Calm under pressure with good organisation skills
