Greycoat Real Estate is expanding and we’re looking for a talented Investment Analyst to join our London investment team and support the continued growth of the firm across the UK and Europe. This is a unique opportunity to work within a vertically integrated private equity firm during a highly acquisitive phase.

The Role

You will be joining a firm with ambitious plans and an elite track record. As an Analyst, you will deepen your understanding of investment fundamentals and real estate finance, gaining significant exposure to a broad mix of asset classes and building relationships with global investment firms. You will work closely with experienced investors, receiving strong mentorship from day one. We offer a supportive environment where initiative and autonomy are encouraged - you will be expected to contribute, take ownership of your work, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and running detailed financial models for potential acquisitions and providing analysis for existing investments.
  • Participating in the generation of investment strategies and providing research data to support underwriting assumptions and optimize returns.
  • Assisting in the due diligence process alongside internal teams and external advisors (lawyers, surveyors, tax consultants, etc.).
  • Participating in the negotiation of key transaction documents and supporting the coordination of screening memos and final Investment Committee papers.
  • Assisting across investment, asset, and development management functions.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of relevant full-time experience in Real Estate, Private Equity, Investment Banking, and/or Corporate Finance.
  • A solid foundation in financial modelling skills with the ability to run accurate underwriting models with guidance.
  • Transactional and commercial experience, including a firm grasp of valuation and corporate finance theory.
  • Highly numerate, meticulous attention to detail, and a flexible, self-starter attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
