Part‑Time Housekeeper - Uddingston

Greycoat Lumley’s clients are a busy family with two primary school-aged children, living in a modern family home in Uddingston, and are looking for a reliable, proactive and organised Housekeeper for the smooth running of their household. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being organised, practical and hands‑on, and who can take initiative to help reduce the day‑to‑day practical and mental load of family life.

The role will include:

  • Housekeeping
  • Laundry and general household organisation
  • Meal planning and grocery shopping
  • Preparing simple family meals, such as pasta dishes and one‑pot meals (helpful but not essential)
  • Running errands and managing household administration
  • Keeping household supplies stocked and organised
  • Helping maintain an organised, well‑run home
  • Anticipating what needs doing and taking care of tasks independently
