Private Personal Assistant to Financial Principal (Fluent Arabic & English Speakers only)

A sharp, ambitious Personal Assistant is required to support a financially active Principal operating across hedge funds, Gulf-based family offices, and UHNW networks.

This role is not a standard PA position; it combines executive support, strategic gatekeeping, and international mobility. You will manage access, coordinate meetings across global time zones, and frequently travel alongside (or ahead of) the Principal to major financial centres.

Extended international travel is essential to this role, including potential trips of up to one month at a time. Candidates must have a lifestyle fully compatible with global mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support & Access Control
  • Manage complex, fast-moving calendars across investment meetings, travel, and private engagements.
  • Screen and prioritise communications, acting as a trusted gatekeeper.
  • Build working relationships with assistants, associates, and coordinators across hedge funds, private offices, and UHNW circles.
  • International Travel & Logistics
  • Arrange and accompany the Principal on business travel — often for extended periods.
  • Manage flight bookings (commercial and private), itineraries, protocol requirements, accommodation, and security coordination where needed.
  • Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up
  • Prepare bilingual briefing notes, profiles, and contact summaries.
  • Track actions, commitments, and introductions to ensure follow-through.
  • Personal & Lifestyle Support
  • Provide discreet assistance across selected personal tasks, ensuring continuity across regions and time zones.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality at all times.

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a PA, coordinator, diplomatic, hospitality, or luxury concierge-style role.
  • Must hold a passport suitable for unrestricted travel to GCC countries, the US, and the EU.
  • Fully travel-flexible — able to commit to extended international trips (1–2 months at a time) without restriction.
  • Lifestyle compatibility: This position will not suit someone with fixed personal or family commitments limiting travel availability.
  • Well-presented, emotionally intelligent, and calm under pressure.
  • Ambitious and coachable — eager to be trained into a high-trust, high-responsibility gatekeeping role.
  • Location: London, close to Piccadilly Circus and Green Park
  • Frequent Travel to Dubai, New York, Zurich, Singapore, etc.

Salary: £70,000 – £110,000 (Gross, PA — Depending on Experience & Travel Flexibility)

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 6:30 pm (Hybrid + Extensive International Travel) Languages Required: Fluent Arabic & English (Written & Spoken)

Start Date: Immediate upon finding the right candidate
