Full-time Live in Travelling Housekeeper job
Greycoat Lumleys is offering an exciting job opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role. The position involves assisting and providing companionship to an international lady who travels frequently. The ideal candidate must be organised, flexible, and willing to travel with the principal mostly in the UK and also worldwide. They should be ready to help out wherever needed. This is an informal role. The principal values her staff highly and is looking for someone who wants to stay long-term and develop a strong relationship with her. Her current personal assistant has been with her for 15 years.
The principal plans her travel well in advance, so you will have an idea of the upcoming schedule. Candidates should have a proven history of longevity in their previous and current roles. You will be working alongside an additional housekeeper allowing for coverage of each other\βs weekends/anual leave. A love for dogs is essential, as the principal travels with her small dog. She is discreet and occasionally hosts close friends. This is a unique position ideal for someone with a sense of adventure, who has no ties to one location and will take pride in and enjoy their role. A passion for cooking healthy food and Spanish language skills would be a bonus, although they are not essential.

The ideal candidate would be kind and calm, caring and be flexible to adapt to their schedule when needed. Someone with proven experience in a similar role is essential. A driver with a clean license.
Accommodation: Bedroom & bathroom within the main house whilst travelling or sometimes separate accommodation depending on the location. Once a permanent residence is secured, the accommodation will likely be separate from the main house although the living room could be shared with the other housekeeper.
Days: 5 days a week flexible to cover every other weekend
Hours: 40 β 45 hours per week
Salary: Β£50,000 β Β£55,000 Salary is negotiable depending on skills & experience
