Job Description
A prestigious client of Greycoat Lumleys is seeking a professional Butler to join their household team, supporting an Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individual. This is a temporary position with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.
The successful applicant will have a strong background in private service, excellent attention to detail, and the utmost discretion. The role requires flexibility, loyalty, and the ability to adapt to the client\’s needs in both of his formal and informal settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level butler and valet services
- Oversee household operations and coordinate with other staff
- Ensure a smooth running of daily schedules, dining, and entertaining
- Assist with packing, unpacking, and wardrobe management
- Accompany the client during domestic and international travel as needed
- Maintain the highest standards of etiquette, discretion, and service
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a British or EU passport (for travel purposes)
- Previous experience working with UHNW clients is essential
- Highly professional, well-presented, and discreet
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel at short notice
- Strong understanding of formal service and household protocol
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- You musthold avalid Enhanced DBS from within the last year to work this role (if you do not have one we can organise this on your behalf as an organisation)
