Greycoat Lumley\’s client is seeking a Sous Chef on a temporary basis until the end of September or permanently in the Cairngorms area of Scotland. This role is reporting to the Head Chef.Our client is continuing to establish a culinary team of chefs as their multi-faceted portfolio continues to expand into casual outdoor dining and personal chef experiences. All whilst developing their unique food offering in the Cairngorm region.

This role will suit an experienced Sous Chef with a proven track record in a high quality, creative and innovative environment with experience in fine dining or as a private chef, capable of producing memorable culinary experiences for up to 50 people.
Applicants must be a supportive team player who encourages others regardless of whether you join the team for the summer or stay and grow with the team long term.
The team love the big adventure of the outdoor space, activities from wild water swimming to mountain hiking and biking; and a love of this special part of our planet.
