Greycoat Lumleys is seeking a Live in Couple who can be responsible for the smooth running of a large private house for our clients. The clients also have 3 dogs, so you must be pet friendly.
The Couple must be able to βmuck inβ with what needs to be done. The house is for private use only.
They will ideally have previous experience as a Private Cook/Housekeeper in a Private Household or Estate.
Couple Duties:
Duties to Include:
- Keeping the property clean and tidy
- Running errands and grocery shopping
- Simple cooking for the principal when required
- Preparing the Interior of the house and ensuring the house is well stocked
- Dog care β 3 labradors
- Overseeing and supervising contractors
- Security of the Estate
- Management of the Property/Estate
- Managing a maintenance schedule for the house/estate β being hands on with general DIY and minor repairs etc
- Occasional driving duties as and when required
- Garden maintenance assistance
Property: 6/7 bedroom house over 3 floors (Conservatory, garden, Hot tub, Sauna)
Working Week β Monday to Friday, with some occasional weekend work
Hours: 40 hours per week with flexibility
Driver β ideally both should be able to drive
Start Date β week commencing 15/09/2025 for 4 months (potential to become permanent for the right person)
Salary β negotiable depending on experience
