We need a Senior Event Operations Manager who takes ownership of events and leads both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, making sure every event runs smoothly, meets client expectations and follows venue and safety rules.
You might be an experienced event operator ready to step up, or a manager ready for a new challenge. You'll lead on bigger, more complex events and help develop junior managers.
Key duties include:

Planning, organising and delivering all operational aspects of events in collaboration with the Sales and Events teams
-
Leading FOH and BOH teams on event days, ensuring consistently high service standards
-
Producing and communicating clear, accurate event notes, service plans and timings

-
Preparing and overseeing RAMS and H&S documentation
-
Liaising with venues, suppliers and clients, acting as a key point of contact
-
Ordering and managing hired equipment and beverages, supporting cost control and profitability
-
Attending site visits and tastings to identify operational requirements
-
Supporting staffing recruitment, training and onboarding
-
Mentoring junior managers, assisting with manager allocations, and contributing to wider operational and efficiency projects
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-driven and an excellent communicator, comfortable working directly with clients and venues at a senior level. You will be confident leading teams and managing live events under pressure, and passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Why join us?
-
Competitive salary up to £45,000 DOE plus overtime
