Based in Waterloo with a hybrid working model, you will be part of an ambitious, collaborative and creative team, working across some of London’s most prestigious venues and events.
We are looking for a Senior Event Manager who thrives on responsibility and is passionate about delivering exceptional, luxury experiences. You will take ownership of events from initial enquiry through to final execution, managing key client relationships, budgets and multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. This is an ideal role for an experienced Event Manager with a strong background in luxury catering who is ready to step into a senior position, lead teams and play a key role in shaping the future of a growing business.
Key duties include:
- End-to-end management of high-profile events from enquiry to completion
- Managing client relationships, meetings, tastings and venue visits
- Overseeing budgets, timelines and multiple large-scale events simultaneously
- Coordinating suppliers, logistics and operational planning in detail
- Producing full event documentation including schedules, timelines and risk assessments
- Leading on-site teams including chefs, event staff and suppliers
- Collaborating with creative teams on bespoke food and event concepts
- Supporting pitches, proposals and ongoing business development
- Coaching and supporting junior team members
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing both clients and teams. You will be calm under pressure, detail-driven and passionate about hospitality, with a proven track record delivering large-scale luxury events.
Hours & Overtime: Monday to Thursday office-based, with Fridays working from home. Overtime for events is paid at £19 per hour, typically adding £6,000–£7,000 per year.
