A UHNW private family is seeking an experienced Private Property Manager to oversee luxury residences in the UK and internationally. The role requires a highly organised, discreet professional capable of managing multiple high-end properties to exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage private residences in the UK and abroad
  • Ensure properties are maintained to the highest standard at all times
  • Manage household staff, contractors, and external service providers
  • Plan ahead and organise repairs, refurbishments, and ongoing maintenance
  • Maintain an up-to-date property diary (services, inspections, insurance renewals)
  • Obtain, review, and compare quotations; file and maintain service reports
  • Liaise with lawyers, accountants, insurers, and professional advisors
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and insurance requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for all property-related matters, including emergencies, weekends, and Bank Holidays (e.g. alarms, urgent issues)

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience managing high-end private properties, including refurbishments
  • Experience working in the UK and internationally
  • Fluent English and Russian
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and financial management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Flexible and willing to travel internationally as required

Salary - £75,000 GPA

Monday - Friday, weekend work may be required in emergencies.
