A UHNW private family is seeking an experienced Private Property Manager to oversee luxury residences in the UK and internationally. The role requires a highly organised, discreet professional capable of managing multiple high-end properties to exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage private residences in the UK and abroad
- Ensure properties are maintained to the highest standard at all times
- Manage household staff, contractors, and external service providers
- Plan ahead and organise repairs, refurbishments, and ongoing maintenance
- Maintain an up-to-date property diary (services, inspections, insurance renewals)
- Obtain, review, and compare quotations; file and maintain service reports
- Liaise with lawyers, accountants, insurers, and professional advisors
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and insurance requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for all property-related matters, including emergencies, weekends, and Bank Holidays (e.g. alarms, urgent issues)
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience managing high-end private properties, including refurbishments
- Experience working in the UK and internationally
- Fluent English and Russian
- Strong organisational, administrative, and financial management skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Flexible and willing to travel internationally as required
Salary - £75,000 GPA
Monday - Friday, weekend work may be required in emergencies.
