How to prepare for a job interview at Greycoat Lumleys

✨Know the Family's Needs

Before the interview, take some time to understand what the family is looking for in a nanny. Familiarise yourself with their values and parenting style, especially since they want someone who can work well with shared care. This will help you tailor your responses and show that you're genuinely interested in meeting their expectations.

✨Showcase Your Experience

With five years of experience being essential, make sure to highlight specific examples from your past roles. Discuss age-appropriate activities you've organised and how you've encouraged children's curiosity. This not only demonstrates your qualifications but also shows that you can bring valuable ideas to the table.

✨Be Ready for Feedback

✨Prepare Questions

Having thoughtful questions ready can set you apart from other candidates. Ask about their daily routines, preferred activities for their daughter, or how they envision the nanny's role in their family dynamic. This shows your enthusiasm for the position and helps you gauge if it's the right fit for you.
