Maxi Bar Attendant, Tottenham Court Road

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Maxi Bar Attendant to manage and maintain luxury in-room bars across multiple buildings.

The maxi bars contain a large range of premium drinks, including expensive wines, Dom Pérignon, and other high-value beverages.

This role requires someone who is trustworthy, organised, and able to carefully manage valuable stock.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Check and count stock every day to ensure all items are accounted for.
  • Monitor high-value alcohol and report any missing or damaged items.
  • Restock bars with drinks, snacks, and other items.
  • Manage large inventories — some bars can have up to 600 items.
  • Complete stock checklists using computer systems.
  • Keep accurate records of stock levels and deliveries.
  • Check deliveries arrive correctly and report any issues.
  • Maintain clean, organised, and fully stocked bars.
  • Work across 16 buildings, moving between locations and using stairs regularly.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in stock control, inventory, logistics, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Trustworthy and responsible when handling valuable items.
  • Comfortable using computers and completing digital checklists.
  • Able to work independently and follow procedures.
  • Good customer service skills are helpful, although this is not a guest-facing role.
  • Physically fit and able to walk between buildings throughout the day.
