An established UHNW family in Central London is seeking a highly capable House Manager to oversee the smooth running of their main residence. This is a hands-on role in a high-tech, modern home, working closely with the PA/House Manager and a dedicated domestic team.

You will manage a team of around 15 staff, including housekeepers, drivers, chef, and security. The role requires active involvement in daily operations, staff coordination, household maintenance, and occasional weekend support.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being at the heart of household operations, leading by example while ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

About You
  • Experienced managing large, high-profile households or equivalent high-end environments
  • Confident leading a team, supervising staff, and coordinating contractors
  • Comfortable managing household systems, technology, and maintenance schedules
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and proactive with a focus on maintaining high standards
  • Discreet, professional, and able to manage guest visits and special requests seamlessly
Responsibilities
  • Supervise the domestic team and manage daily operations
  • Maintain presentation standards and ensure SOPs are followed throughout the home
  • Support household operations during weekends as required

Hours & Schedule

Sunday to Thursday, approximately 9 hours per day (typically 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm). The family travels up to 14 weeks per year, which may occasionally allow flexibility on weekends.
