A returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a Live out Nanny/PA or Governess/PA to care for their two children aged 14 and 16 years. The family is open to male candidates as well. Both children have been diagnosed with ADHD, although the youngest’s is more severe than the eldest’s. They both go to academic schools, one in Hampton and the other in West London, and can manage the school runs by themselves if needed.
The children need someone who can gently support them without being overwhelming. Despite being older, they still need guidance and care. The family is looking for someone who will truly engage them with educational trips and interesting conversations. Patience and imagination are very important for this role.
The role will be sole charge as Mum works full‑time and is very busy. When the children are at school, the chosen candidate will do PA duties such as school‑related admin, educational research, some cooking, household‑related errands and research. Some assistance with walking the family dog would also be a huge bonus. A high degree of initiative is essential. The successful candidate will need to be proactive and a confident decision‑maker as the mother and her partner do not have the time to micro‑manage.
