Full Time Live out Maintenance Job between Guildford and London
A client of Greycoats is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance person to join their team. The role is split between two properties in London and Guildford.
The ideal candidate should be mechanically skilled and be able to use a variety of hand and power tools. They should be able to resolve maintenance problems on their own and perhaps hire a specialist for more intensive repairs. They will have good understanding of general gardening and outdoor maintenance is also required.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for maintenance and gardening.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Conduct preventative maintenance and identify when items need upgrading or replacing
- Complete scheduled maintenance tasks, including indoor and outdoor areas
- Maintain outdoor spaces, including clearing paths, trimming hedges and caring for flower beds and lawns
- Liaisewith the team to ensure that they complete projects on time
- General gardening tasks such as mowing, planting, pruning and weeding
- Make pickups and deliveries
- Help with loading and unloading vehicles
Driver: Essential
Start: ASAP
Working days & hours: Monday β Friday, 9am β 6pm. Need to be flexible with weekends
Salary: Β£45,000 β Β£50,000 GPA
