This stunning property in Chelsea is a fully staffed large household with housekeepers, a chef, and a driver. They are looking for an all-rounder who can take care of handyman/maintenance tasks around the property.

Duties would include but are not limited to:

  • Assembling furniture
  • Cutting the grass of the small garden
  • Keeping outside space clean and tidy
  • General handyman/DIY work
  • Keeping the pool clean/maintaining it between contractor’s visits
  • Reporting any issues that require contractors coming in to sort
  • Carrying luggage into the house and/or out into the car
  • Changing light bulbs
  • Basic electrical/plumbing (if you are unable to do this, do just state so or what you can or cannot do)

The ideal candidate will have a great can-do attitude, be happy to be given direction, but also able to work on their own initiative. Someone personable, courteous, and discreet. Ideally with experience of having worked in private households. Hotel experience is also a consideration.

Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm with a lunch break. Occasional weekend work if required.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 gross per annum, depending on experience.
