Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced individual to work for their family and in their permanent residence in Surrey. This family has 4 dogs and chickens on the estate. A gardener comes once a week to assist. The successful candidate will be confident with groundskeeping and DIY, handy work, and if they have any trade skills or background in a trade that would be an added advantage.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Mowing, hedging, trimming of lawns and garden beds
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining shrubs and trees
- Maintaining garden machinery
- Regularly checking, maintaining, and cleaning the swimming pool and steam room
- Help care for dogs
- Handyman duties i.e. minor repairs and basic electrics and plumbing
- Performing minor repairs or maintenance tasks around the house or garden when needed
- Driving duties as and when needed
- Must be child-friendly as this will include some school runs too
- Valeting and servicing 3 cars
Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm but negotiable
Salary: market rate
Start date: July or August
