A lovely returning client is seeking a Housekeeper/Cook/Companion for a live-in position near Welwyn, Hertfordshire. The principal is a single lady who lives with her beloved cat, therefore the successful candidate must be cat-friendly.
This role would suit a kind, caring, and proactive individual with a can-do attitude who enjoys supporting the principal and maintaining a well-run household.
Duties will include:
- Full housekeeping and management of the household
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the property
- Liaising with contractors and overseeing maintenance
- Running errands as required
- Cooking lunch and dinner on a daily basis
The client has 24/7 live-in carers who rotate every few weeks. There are no care duties involved in this role; however, the candidate must be comfortable working in a household with multiple carers visiting the property.
The ideal candidate will be highly trustworthy, have a positive, flexible attitude, and get along well with others.
Accommodation: The accommodation is located above the double garage and comprises a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and living area, accessed via a private staircase.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, finishing at 8:30 pm
