Our client is looking for an experienced Housekeeper to look after a busy family home in Knutsford. The household consists of 2 adults, 4 children, and 2 dogs, so the Housekeeper must be happy to work around animals and children. The family are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and who can keep the home maintained to a high standard.
Duties will include:
- All hands-on cleaning throughout the house
- Laundry and ironing
- Letting the dogs out during the day
- Some help with childcare if mum is not around
- Weekly shopping
- Basic food preparation
- Packing and unpacking suitcases
- Cleaning of an additional annex and pool house
The family travel extensively, so it would be ideal if the Housekeeper is happy to travel with them, although this is not essential. A driver is a bonus but not essential.
Start ASAP / as soon as they find the right candidate. Hours will be Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Accommodation provided is a separate and self-contained one-bed flat, with all bills paid by the employer. Salary is £40,000 gross per annum.
