Live-out Junior Houseman – Belgravia (VVIP Household)

We are seeking an exceptional Junior Houseman to join a prestigious VVIP household based in Belgravia. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a beautifully redeveloped property that serves as both a secondary residence and a high-end office space. The principal’s schedule is highly dynamic, with visits often occurring at short notice. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the property is consistently maintained to the highest standards and always ready to welcome the principal, colleagues, associates, and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain all interior and exterior areas to an impeccable standard throughout the shift
  • Support housekeeping with cleaning, room resets, pantry/toilet replenishment, and furniture moves
  • Carry out specialist cleaning including carpet cleaning and jet washing using provided machinery
  • Perform basic maintenance such as lightbulb replacement and simple fixture repairs
  • Conduct regular floor walks, logging and reporting issues as required
  • Ensure safe and correct use of all cleaning machinery and maintain high cleaning standards
  • Report maintenance issues promptly and escalate when necessary
  • Provide flexible support for events, functions, and ad hoc duties, including occasional work outside core hours

Schedule & Benefits

  • Monday to Friday, 10am–7pm, 5 days per week
  • Time off in lieu for any weekend work
  • Salary: £33,000 gross per year
