Providing highest standards of service, working as part of a team in creating a home environment for the principals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide highest levels of food and beverage service to principals and guests, both in formal & informal settings.
- Maintaining stock levels of bar & wine and replacing when needed.
- Prepare light meals for the family.
- Work together with the House Manager, and the rest of the team to ensure cleanliness & organisation of the house to be kept to the standard of the principals.
- Provide a turn down service.
- Daily purchasing and running errands.
- Care of family dogs along with the rest of the team, including care/dog sitting when principals are travelling & daily walking.
- Carry out odd jobs in the house regarding maintenance including light bulb checks, learn operations of A/C, A/V equipment & all alarm systems.
- Hospitality (e.g. Yachts, High End Chalets, High End Hotels/Restaurants, Butler Academy)
- Fluent in English
