Housekeeper Job – Stamford Lincolnshire – £15.00 per hour
Our client is looking for a Deputy Housekeeper who will support the Head Housekeeper in maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented household. This role ensures that all housekeeping tasks are completed to a high standard, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the home.
You will be based initially at their property in Oakham until January 2026 when they will then be moving to Stamford.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Housekeeper in day-to-day cleaning, tidying, and maintenance of all household areas.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and laundry.
- Change and launder bed linens and towels as required.
- Assist with organisation of household items, storage areas, and supplies.
- Support in caring for household furnishings, silverware, and delicate materials according to instructions.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed.
- Occasionally assist with meal preparation, table setting, or light errands as directed.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality and respect for the household’s privacy.
- Work collaboratively with other household staff to ensure smooth operations.
