Housekeeper/Cook Job in Wimbledon
A lovely couple with a three-year-old child are looking for a warm, friendly and switched-on Housekeeper to take care of their four-storey, five-bedroom home. The family are looking for someone proactive, organised and meticulous, who takes pride in maintaining a clean, tidy and well-run household.
Duties will include:

All aspects of general housekeeping and maintaining the home to a high standard.

Daily cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and polishing.

Cleaning and maintaining kitchens and bathrooms.

Laundry, washing, drying, ironing and putting clothes away.

Changing bed linen and making beds.

Keeping wardrobes, cupboards and storage areas organised.

Ensuring all rooms are kept tidy, presentable and well organised.

Preparing healthy, simple, family-friendly meals.

Managing online grocery shopping and household supplies.

Keeping an eye on household stock and replenishing essentials as required.

Maintaining a clean, safe and child-friendly environment.

Using eco-friendly cleaning products and supporting the family's sustainable approach to housekeeping.
The family are passionate about sustainability, so an interest in environmentally friendly practices and knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning products would be a real advantage.
The ideal candidate will be warm, friendly, reliable and switched-on, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and use their initiative. They should be passionate about housekeeping, enjoy keeping a home running smoothly and be confident preparing healthy, simple meals for the family. A flexible, proactive approach and an understanding of the needs of a household with a young child are essential.
Salary: £45,000 gross per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, working 4-5 days per week
