We have a great position for a child-friendly Personal Assistant to support a busy family of four. This is a fantastic role for a candidate who has varied experience and can turn their hand to household admin, PA duties and helping with the 2 young children. You must be an experienced driver. The family hope to get a dog in the future, so the candidate must be dog friendly.
Duties:
- Diary Management
- Business support for mother's small business
- Booking family appointments and medical follow-ups
- Overseeing household bills and utilities
- Email support and email drafting
- Liaise with the school and note the timetable
- Running errands
- Driving Duties
- Evening childcare support (8 years, 4 1/2-year-old)
- Help with homework
- Babysitting
The ideal candidate must have a can-do attitude and be extremely organised and happy to have a varied role. This role also requires a certain degree of flexibility where hours may be adjusted at times. The ideal candidate must be a positive and calm personality, and it would be a bonus if the candidate understands children's psychology but not essential. This is not a sole charge role in terms of childcare.
Start date: Willing to wait for the right candidate
Working week: Monday – Friday
Working hours: 11 am – 7.30/8 pm + occasional babysitting
Salary: £45k - £50k + depending on experience
