Live in Groundskeeper/handyman/driver Job in Hampshire. This is the weekend residence of a family and their Estate Manager is seeking to find another groundskeeper/handyman/driver to join their small team. A Lead Gardener and Gardener are employed to look after this 35 acre land, where the main gardens consist of a vegetable garden, cut flower garden, swimming pool, and tennis court.
The ideal candidate will be a team player and will enjoy this varied role. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with general maintenance of the grounds and formal gardens
- Mowing and weeding
- Basic electrical and plumbing
- Basic handyman duties
- Airport pick ups and drop off and other driving duties
- Must be pet friendly as there is a family dog on the estate
- Occasional dog sitting
Accommodation: 1 bedroom flat over 2 floors which is attached to the main house but has its own separate entrance. No pets.
Start: As soon as the right person is found.
Working week: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. Flexibility to work a Saturday once or twice a month for part of the day. Time off given in lieu for overtime work.
Driving: essential
Salary: Β£30,000 GPA
