Live Out Groundsman/Gardener Job in Surrey We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Groundsman to work on a 50-acre Estate in Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the extensive grounds of the property, including the kitchen garden, well-cultivated garden, lawns, lake (5 acres), and woodlands. Contractors will be employed for certain projects and jobs. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the gardens and lawns, including mowing, edging, and weeding Maintain flower beds, borders, and other landscaped areas Lake maintenance Prune and shape trees and shrubs Control pests and diseases Apply fertilizer and compost Operate garden machinery, such as lawn mowers and trimmers Maintain the grounds, including paths, patios, and drives Liaise and supervise with contractors Other duties as required The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, proactive, friendly, reliable and have previous experience working as a groundsman or in a similar role.
