Global Property Manager Job
Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced, highly organised, and proactive Estate Director / Property Manager to oversee a prestigious private property portfolio across the UK, Europe and Africa. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple residences, household teams, and refurbishment projects to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will act as the principal point of coordination across the portfolio, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations while implementing robust systems and processes. This position will involve regular travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and smooth operation of a portfolio of private residences across the UK, France,Italy, Austria and Southern Africa.
- Lead, support, and coordinate existing House Managers and household teams to ensure consistent standards are maintained.
- Manage refurbishment, maintenance, and improvement projects from planning through to completion.
- Liaise closely with contractors, consultants, and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
- Coordinate seasonal property requirements, staffing schedules, and maintenance programmes.
- Work closely with the principals and family office, providing regular updates and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Fluent English and French (both essential).
- Full right to work in the UK and ability to travel freely
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Flexible approach to travel and seasonal requirements.
