As the Private Personal Assistant, you will become the entrepreneur’s go-to person — ensuring their home and work life run smoothly and efficiently. This includes:
- Personal & Household Support
- Coordinating the smooth running of the family household
- Liaising closely with the lady of the house, the housekeeper and household staff
- Support with household admin, for example, schedules, bills, expenses, house staff coordination and cost management
- Overseeing cars, insurance, travel, holidays and general day-to-day logistics
- Providing full diary and schedule management
- Ensuring availability and responsiveness to support the founder’s business and philanthropic commitments
- Assisting with day-to-day operations across several business ventures
- Acting as a reliable point of coordination for tasks, projects and communications
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a family office environment desirable
- A strong background supporting a senior executive in both personal and business capacities
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Professionalism, discretion and the ability to handle highly confidential information
- Financial awareness — confident managing payments, expenses and small budgets
- A calm, flexible and resourceful approach, especially in a fast-paced environment
Location & Working Style
Hybrid role working from the Principal’s home/office and home – initially based working closely with the Principal to gain an understanding of the role.
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 GPA
Start: ASAP
Days: Monday to Friday
Hrs: 40 per week
