The Role

  • Housekeeping: All aspects of hands-on daily cleaning and maintenance to an exceptional standard, including regular deep cleaning schedules.
  • Laundry & Wardrobe: Expert care of clothing and linens, including washing, steaming, ironing, and seasonal wardrobe transitions.
  • Property Management: Overseeing household systems, tracking supplies, and liaising with external contractors and tradespeople to ensure the smooth running of the home.
  • Secondary Property: Performing a regular monthly clean of the family’s second residence located in London.
  • Catering & Support: Assisting with grocery shopping, meal planning, and occasional simple cooking or table service when the family is hosting.
  • Pet Care: Daily dog walking, feeding, and providing dedicated pet sitting for short periods when required.
  • Errands: Managing local logistics such as dry cleaning runs, pharmacy collections, and handling inbound deliveries.

Hours: Full-time (approximately 3.5 days per week) with flexibility required for occasional evening or weekend tasks such as hosting support.

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 Gross Per Annum, depending on experience.
